Mediartis Privacy Policy

The company Mobilis Pro publishes a platform called Mediartis, accessible from the website mediartis.com allowing companies to manage their databases of voice samples safely on their private cloud, to ensure GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliance, to do castings using voice samples from their own voice sample database and to provide access to these castings to their clients in full compliance with the GDPR and in a perfectly secure environment (the "Platform"). Access to the services of the Platform requires the creation of an account (the "Account").

The data collected by Mobilis Pro are collected, stored and processed in accordance with the provisions of the law relating to Data Processing, Data Files, and Individual Liberties established on January 6, 1978 in accordance with the version in force on the date hereof, as well as with the provisions of the GDPR.

As part of its activity, Mobilis Pro collects data from official representatives of their producer and professional voice production customers and artistic directors, as well as persons mandated and authorised by them to access the Platform (together referred to as "Users") as responsible within the meaning of Article 4 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in order to provide them with services.

Mobilis Pro also acts as a subcontractor within the meaning of Article 4 of the GDPR, on behalf of Users, when using the Platform.

This charter defines the conditions applicable to the processing of personal data collected by Mobilis Pro and those entrusted to Mobilis Pro by Users.

For any question regarding the operational functioning of Mediartis, you can refer to the Terms and Conditions.

Nature of data collected

As part of its activity of data processing management, Mobilis Pro collects the contact details of the Users as well as the information necessary for the use of the Platform and the creation of the Account.

As part of its subcontracting activities, Mobilis Pro also processes the data integrated by Users on the Platform. It deals in particular with the data of the actors, singers or any contact, added by a User on his Account (the "Contacts") and audio databases uploaded by the User.

Purposes of the data collection

The processing of these data is necessary to provide the Services proposed on the Platform and to create an Account.

The collected data is also used to keep Users informed of the news and services offered by Mobilis Pro. They always have the possibility to unsubscribe by clicking an unsubscribe link in the email received.

The duration of the conservation

The data is kept as long as the User has an Account.

If the User closes his Account, the data collected by Mobilis Pro and those processed as a subcontractor on behalf of the User are deleted within thirty (30) days.

The email address of the User's representative is, however, retained in the Mobilis Pro mailing list, as long as he has not requested the withdrawal.

If a User is inactive for 36 consecutive months, an email is sent to him to remind him of the existence of his Account and give him the possibility of unsubscribing at any time. The reminder email is then sent once a year, unless the person has informed Mobilis Pro of his intention to close his Account.
